
It's quite a way off to actually make them but the idea is milling around in my head already so a jig will be the next move ---- just a bit too lazy to take mine out of the Stylus


The spec will be an inner central bearing CDS tube to take needle roller bearings , allowing the '' old mini '' trailing link spindle . Drilled and tapped underneath centrally to take a grease nipple. Outer pivot to be a spherical bearing to take a straight pin , threaded . NOT a tapered pin as original. Inner pivot to be parallel 2mm plates drilled 1/2 inch to take shocks(OPEN not capped as originals).
Then both inner and outer arms to be 25mm CDS tube 1.6mm gauge plus probably a central single tube stretching from outer to inner pivot points.
When I get as far as having made the jig then making up the first rocker --- I'll put a photo up here ------ any takers after Matt gets to test them
