THE STYLUS RT

The RT was conceived as being the next step form the Stylus chassis. The car was completely revised from the tarmac up, with the mission to be one of the quickest road cars in its price range. With a restyled wide body , wider track , and fully independent rear suspension option, this little sports car can show a clean set of heals to some very prestigious machinery.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Are they road legal ?

A the simple answer is yes they are road legal , we pass emissions , lighting , noise level requirements, like any other vehicle manufacturer.

Practicality ?

The car is available with an aero screen as shown below, and at a modest extra you can have a windscreen and full weather equipment. There is a luggage compartment at the rear which can carry enough luggage for a weekend away. We also have enough ground clearance for various everyday road obstacles such as speed bumps and ramps.

Service costs ?

The car's main mechanical parts are subtly modified components from a well proven and designed FORD parts legacy. So you can rest assured that the servicing of our cars need cost little more than a modest FORD FOCUS. And spares availability is very good. We also stock many items, that can be dispatched within 24hrs.

Due to the light weight of our cars , unlike some cars with the RT's performance ,after 3 hours playing around a track you need not go home needing an expensive new set of tyres and brakes. In fact we have been able to have a big smile on our face for at least 3 or more track days on a set of road tyres and still be legal to drive home. With extensive development time on track you can be assure that the car is reliable too.

Can I have a test drive ?

If you ring or e-mail us we can organise a road test sometimes the same day from our base in Mid Wales. A test drive out on a track are usually done on specific days and are subject to a small charge to ensure the seriousness of the buyer , this will be refunded as a voucher that can be spent with us should you decide to buy a car. COMPONENT KITS

Our kits come in various packages, based on your skill level and time available for build.

Rolling kit , This consists of a chassis with all the suspension assembled and body and doors fitted. And pre fitted headlamps. This will take in the region of 100hrs to complete .

Comprehensive kit. This is almost a full car , and comes as a flat pack of all components , just bolt it together . This should take you less than 50hrs and is usually the performed format of export cars.

Due to the hand built individuality of our cars all budgets and requirements can be represented.
